Over 17 years, Galih Leo Ramandita has operated as a legal counsel, a corporate procurement specialist, a field supervisor in some of Indonesia's most remote and challenging terrain, a contractor, an interior designer, and a CEO. What ties it all together is a consistent ability to understand the full anatomy of a problem — from the contract on the desk to the bolt on the ground — and to take ownership of outcomes across every dimension.

Full-spectrum leadership of a design, production, and supply enterprise covering interior furniture, solar cell infrastructure, and B2B industrial contracts. Under this capacity, Galih executed the solar-powered RFID reader project for PT. Adaro/Maruwai Coal in Kalimantan — including serving as Field Supervisor on-site — managed multiple residential and commercial interior fit-out projects, completed a commercial building construction contract in South Jakarta, and served as a registered workshop partner for Dekoruma covering the Tangerang Selatan service area (2019–2021).

Solar-Powered RFID Reader — Adaro Mining Site, Kalimantan IDR 1.2B · 2024–2025

Designed and built solar-powered skidding units for RFID reader infrastructure at PT. Adaro / PT. Maruwai Coal, Muara Tuhup, Central Kalimantan. Beyond the engineering scope, Galih served as Field Supervisor — accountable for full safety & compliance documentation, technician work planning, and technical problem solving under the safety standards of an active mining operation.

Interior Design & Production — Residential & Commercial PT. Elsaga Multi Kreasi · 2018–Present

Full-cycle interior furniture design, production, and installation across residential, apartment, and commercial projects — including works through Dekoruma as a registered partner for the Tangerang Selatan area (2019–2021). Each project is developed in SketchUp and executed end-to-end: from material sourcing through site installation and client handover.

Commercial Building Construction — Lenteng Agung, Jakarta IDR 1.1B · Contractor

As the appointed contractor, Galih managed the full construction cycle of a 4-storey commercial shophouse in South Jakarta — from groundbreaking through facade finishing. Responsible for subcontractor coordination, materials procurement, quality control, and schedule compliance throughout.

Home Solar Cell Supply — Remote Districts, Papua 3,500+ Units · 2014–2015

Perhaps the most logistically demanding chapter of Galih's career: supplying and distributing 3,500+ home solar cell systems to the most remote highland districts of Papua — including Nduga and Puncak Jaya — areas with zero road access, reachable only by chartered light aircraft and on foot. The full logistics chain was managed from container loading in Java to last-mile delivery and installation verification in the field.
